Multi-stop trips and tipping for riders, a real safety net, and ops moves off Zapier.
Multi-stop trips and tap-to-pin booking
Riders can add up to three stops to a trip — even mid-ride — and pin pickup directly on the map. Live per-stop progress shows where the trip is; drivers get per-stop actions with a running dwell timer.
Post-ride tipping
A tip flow opens after every ride and stays open for 24 hours. Drivers get a push the moment a tip lands, and it's itemized in their earnings.
A safety net that actually reaches someone
Riders set multiple emergency contacts that get a real SMS when the in-app SOS fires, admins can acknowledge and resolve alerts, and rider–driver calls now route through a proxy so neither number is exposed.
Wave Bites grows up
The catering storefront added invoices, corporate accounts, KYC, reviews, tipping, tax handling, and content moderation — a full ordering operation, not just a menu.
Apply in minutes, guided by an assistant
Drivers and partners move through a stepped application with a built-in vehicle catalog, and an Application Assistant answers questions and routes people to the right path in real time.
Role-based access across every tenant
Owner, admin, manager, and member tiers are now enforced on every tenant route and surface, backed by Firestore rules. Data exports are scoped to the roles allowed to pull them.
Native Slack ops — Zapier retired
Daily banner sets, tenant-scoped intake digests, and proactive partner order notifications now run on native crons instead of Zapier. Banners are admin-editable with searchable channel pickers.
Every scheduled job, visible and controllable
A new admin dashboard lists all 80 crons with descriptions, on/off toggles, and next-run times. Failures mirror into Slack and the in-app notification center so nothing fails silently.
Airport compliance, simulated and audited
An ABT compliance simulator generates PDF evidence and tracks license plates, and a reconciliation cron closes geofence edge cases. Wired into production for AVL and ATL, with route presets for Charlotte and Orlando.
Documentation Center, rebuilt
A redesigned docs hub with command-K search across every guide, and a changelog that auto-generates from git so it's never out of date.
